Head of Product Marketing Kraken Pro

The equivalent of 10+ years of product marketing experience in a high growth, dynamic and innovative business preferably in the Crypto or fintech sector. An advocate for putting the customer first and developing a customer-centric attitude across all lines of business. Has been integral in new product and/or features development using customer and data insights. Deep experience with advanced trading products including margin, derivatives and equities You have proven project management skills, are a strategic thinker and a data-driven decision-maker; at the same time you are hands-on and love to be in the trenches with your team. Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing appropriate product vision and messaging in response to detailed market and product analysis. Proven experience launching new products and nurturing continued growth whilst being sympathetic to the priorities and challenges of other departments and their strategies. Strong tolerance for ambiguity; ability to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen. Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally and lead across functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple channels: Slack, email, 1:1, large group settings, and others.
