It is essentially a platform team, with the aim of providing features so that other teams have secure data, while accelerating new company initiatives by simplifying the adoption of the solutions it has. On a day-to-day basis you will: Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear and actionable goals for the team; Monitor trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that the team acts in line with business needs; Lead complex projects, tracking success metrics and removing impediments for the team; Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity; Ensure continuous alignment with Product Managers (PMs), Designers and other interface areas; Plan and manage the allocation of team resources, balancing workload and individual competencies. To participate in our process you need to have: Previous experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams. Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at different levels. Experience with agile methodologies and good software development practices. Knowledge in scalability strategies and long-term impact.
