Additional information Ubi Question Box :   How do I prepare my application to Ubisoft Paris Studio ?   First, read the job description carefully to highlight your experiences and skills that seem relevant to this position! A personalized and detailed CV will definitely help you stand out 😉 Cover letter or not? Given the choice, we always prefer a few lines explaining your interest in the internship/work-study program in particular, rather than a long, generic copy/paste! A separate section is specifically provided for this purpose when you apply on our website. How does the recruitment process work at the Studio? If your application is successful, you will first be contacted by a representative from our Campus team for a telephone conversation to determine if your profile matches the advertisement and your expectations. A video interview via Teams will then be arranged with your future internship supervisor. You may also be asked to complete a practical case study during the recruitment process or to interact with your next supervisor and some of your colleagues. I don't know the video game industry. Do I belong at Ubisoft ?   It all depends on the position: if you want to join us as a Game Designer, Gameplay Programmer, or in our Marketing functions, a good knowledge of the sector will logically be expected. However, for many other positions, this is not essential; the proof is that Ubisoft has many profiles in its ranks who are not video game enthusiasts. Above all, we seek to surround ourselves with people who are passionate, whether by their specialties, their professions or by entertainment in general.  How are Trainees supported during their experience at Ubisoft Paris ?   Our Campus team is dedicated to supporting you throughout your experience. Today's interns will become tomorrow's talents; our teams are committed to supporting you in your learning and making your internship a real springboard. You will have close HR support (answers to everyday questions, mid-term and end-of-course updates, etc.) and you will join the Studio Academy, our Trainees community, which, throughout your internship, will give you the keys to succeed and grow alongside us, thanks to actions set up just for you (Welcome Sessions, dedicated Teams group, conferences, etc. and a few other surprises 😉). I have a disability, how do I apply? All our recruitment teams have been made aware of disability issues. You can therefore apply normally via our Smartrecruiters platform by attaching your CV and cover letter. If you require an adaptation to the recruitment process, particularly when it involves video interviews, please specify this when applying and/or contact the Mission Handicap team by email ( [email protected] ). Check out this guide to help you with your application and discover our actions to encourage greater diversity and inclusion.
