Crypto Token Marketing Manager

This role requires a Hong-Kong / APAC based English and Mandarin-speaking person, who has a proven track record bolstering Token value for tokenized companies. You will be a self-starter and crypto fanatic who truly understands the power of DePIN! In your first month, you might: • Dive into our token marketing strategy, identifying quick wins and long-term plays. • Leverage your deep connections with Asian crypto exchange platforms (OKX, Binance, Bybit, etc.). • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to align web3 marketing with broader brand goals. • Take full ownership of our token marketing efforts—this is your domain. • Analyze token performance and execute strategies to increase price and visibility. • Build and strengthen relationships within the Asian token marketing community. • Develop high-impact campaigns to drive adoption and engagement. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute token marketing strategies with a clear focus on growth and price impact. • Manage and nurture relationships with top-tier Asian crypto exchanges. • Ensure seamless integration of web3 marketing with broader company initiatives. • Optimize liquidity, volume, and token positioning through data-driven strategies. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to align marketing efforts. • Stay ahead of crypto market trends, community sentiment, and regulatory landscapes. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders—internal and external. Key Experience • Proven track record in crypto token marketing, with tangible results in increasing token price and adoption. • Deep understanding of the Asian crypto landscape, including exchanges, influencers, and community dynamics. • 3+ years experience in web3 marketing (not just an exchange background). • Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus). • Strong stakeholder management—you can influence, align, and get things done. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
