Job Description
you’ll be working on:
Leading ecosystem-focused campaigns that highlight the value of our offering and native token utility. Creating and executing integrated marketing strategies across content, product marketing, partnerships, and community channels. Developing compelling narratives and content (articles, threads, videos, AMAs, etc.) around token utility, liquidity, yield opportunities, and more. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, BD, and community teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. Owning the GTM and ongoing support of ecosystem upgrades, token events, and DeFi integrations. Sourcing and managing contributors, influencers, and partners within the DeFi and CeFi marketing landscape. Tracking and analysing performance, iterating based on data and ecosystem feedback.

4+ years of marketing experience in the crypto space, with a focus on DeFi. Proven track record executing successful marketing initiatives at a leading DeFi protocol or infrastructure project (DEXs, yield protocols, aggregators, etc.). Deep understanding of crypto narratives, tokenomics, and the current DeFi and CeFi landscape. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating cross-platform campaigns across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Mirror, Medium, YouTube, etc. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments. Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
