Full Stack Developer (C#) - Independent Contractor

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Full Stack Developer (C#) to join our growing development team. This role demands strong backend skills in C#, experience across Windows, Web, and Mobile platforms (Xamarin), and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented thinker who doesnt just take instructions but contributes meaningful insights, proposes better approaches, and documents thoroughly. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using C# and Visual Studio. Design, implement, and manage MySQL databases and queries. Build and support applications across Windows, Web, and Mobile (Xamarin) platforms. Create, integrate, and maintain web services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Improve and maintain documentation in environments where existing documentation is lacking or outdated. Provide technical insight and propose appropriate technologies or approaches when needed. Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects simultaneously. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with C#, Visual Studio, and MySQL. Hands-on experience developing for Windows, Web, and Mobile platforms using Xamarin. Experience working with Web services/APIs (REST/SOAP). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices. Strong documentation skills, especially in environments with limited existing documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects. A proactive mindset that will contribute solutions and strategy to the team.
