Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead the Mantle Network vertical, crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to amplify our brand presence, engage global audiences, and position Mantle as a leader in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine a deep passion for blockchain technology with proven marketing leadership, bringing a strategic and creative mindset to elevate Mantle's impact on the global stage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-business unit executives, to define marketing goals, priorities, and budgets. Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive lead generation, conversion, and retention. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and campaign performance. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve business goals and maximize ROI. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and partnerships. Qualifications: A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably in the blockchain, technology, or Web3 space. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI. A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex marketing challenges. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
