Job Description
We are looking for Shenzhen-based candidates who are passionate about events and media in FinTech or Tech sectors, and are looking for a company that shares a great culture and team to join us!
Your role at Finoverse
Execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's global events
Brainstorm innovative ideas and execute marketing activities, including emails, website updates, social media content creation, partnerships, brochures, and additional collateral
Assist the content creation for EDMs and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and all new media channels to proliferate)
To manage corporate communications channels, including event website and email marketing, etc
To assist in developing various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, and content development to layout design
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create written, graphic, and video content
Handle marketing materials for several teams across the business, including our partnerships and speakers teams; you will proofread and improve content when required
Work closely with Hong Kong to ensure all marketing goals are aligned
Who you are
Bachelor degree in Marketing / Journalism / Public Relations or related field
5+ years of experience in Marketing/ Communications/ Public Relations or related field
Open-minded and excited to learn new trends and technologies
Enjoy working in a fast-paced company, and willing to learn
Fluent in English and English writing
Willing to take ownership at work but also support your team and management
Working experience in startups/ small teams is a big plus

Creative mindset and ability to implement an effective marketing strategy
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects to deadline and work under pressure
Have a strong interest in both Digital and Content Marketing
Working experience with online and offline campaigns, integrated campaigns that can be digital, print, broadcast, events, etc.
Experience with digital analytical tools, CRM systems, design software and all social media channels
Experience in Figma, Canva, Webflow, Hupspot, and Adobe Illustrator would be a plus
