Job Title: Real Estate Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2,500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

The team acquires large tracts, subdivides them into smaller, more affordable parcels, and brings them to market with speed and precision. Position Overview:
Were seeking a Real Estate Project Manager who can own the full lifecycle of land acquisition and development projects - from deal evaluation through execution. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong financial and zoning analysis skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and keep projects on track. A civil engineering background is a major plus, as many projects involve technical due diligence and development review.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and vet potential land acquisition opportunities through market research and lead generation
Underwriting & Financial Analysis: Create financial models to evaluate deal performance, ROI, and capital requirements
Due Diligence: Research zoning, subdivision regulations, land use codes, and county-specific requirements
Project Management: Track and manage acquisition and development timelines, ensuring communication and alignment across teams
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with acquisitions, marketing, and leadership to move deals from concept to close
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare project updates and performance summaries for internal review and strategic decision-making
Process Optimization: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and help implement improvements
Qualifications:
Civil engineering background or degree
Experience in Project management and know of agile methodologies
Background in real estate project management, underwriting, or land development
Strong financial modeling skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
Familiar with zoning laws, development codes, and regulatory research
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
Nice-to-Haves:
Project management experience within real estate or construction
Familiarity with project management tools
Experience in land use planning or permitting
Additional experience in real estate financial analysis
