Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Technical Content Marketing Lead who can independently create, manage, and scale high-impact B2B content initiatives that drive education, brand authority, and growth. You’ll translate complex technical topics (ie. APIs, blockchain, interoperability, bridging, DeFi, etc) into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. Starting as an individual contributor, you should be highly motivated to establish our thought leadership in the web3 space while collaborating closely with product, business development, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns. What you'll do Lead the creation and execution of technical content strategies across blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, partner content, and product explainers. Partner with subject matter experts across product, engineering, and business teams to develop accurate, high-quality, and accessible technical content. Own and evolve our technical content calendar to support awareness, enablement, and lead generation goals. Distill complex concepts into digestible materials tailored for various B2B audiences. Collaborate with BD, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Represent the company at industry events through written coverage, technical speaker support, and occasional speaking engagements. Analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategy and optimization. What makes a good candidate 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or developer marketing within the blockchain, DeFi, fintech, or SaaS industries. Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, Web3 ecosystems, and related technical concepts. Strong portfolio of technical writing that demonstrates an ability to simplify complex topics for B2B audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and editorial quality. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple content projects simultaneously. Comfortable interviewing internal stakeholders and external partners to develop original technical stories and insights. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment is a plus.
